I know what you mean about feeling naughty, I tried Gem without her overnight feed a few times to see if she actually could know what hunger was and it seemed to improve her appetite a little during the day but I felt so naughty when I told the dietician what I had done but she was great and pleased that there was a sign of progress.<br /><br />I imagine it must feel so good mixing up the porridge rather than just formula.
